This retail corridor has one of the densest day-time shopper traffic in the country, where the shopping atmosphere is known as a hectic hotspot for all shopping-driven tourists. The mixed-used property consists of over 275,000 square feet comprising of 350 room-keys designed for the Renaissance Hotel, including an impressive full-service roof-top restaurant. Jenel maximized the venture by capitalizing on the available 140 feet of prime retail frontage on 34th Street.  Jenel successfully delivered the building on scheduled and on budget.
